Hollis Candidates Host Energy Policy Forum with NH Legislative Leaders

Electricity rates are hitting New Hampshire families hard. Why are our electric bills so high? How much of what we pay is influenced by state policy? As demand for electricity grows, will New Hampshire and New England have enough reliable, affordable power to meet our needs?

The Common Sense for NH candidate team of Liz Barbour, Dr. Jim Kelly, and Jack Flanagan invites you to join them for a Community Conversation on Energy to learn more about what is driving energy costs and what New Hampshire can do about it.

We are pleased to welcome two legislators with direct experience shaping New Hampshire energy policy: State Representative Michael Vose, Chair of the House Science, Technology and Energy Committee, and State Senator Kevin Avard, Chair of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee.

Rep. Vose and Sen. Avard will take a deeper look at some of the biggest energy questions facing New Hampshire. 

This is the first in a series of community events hosted by the Common Sense for NH team to bring the issues directly to Hollis voters and provide an opportunity to hear from legislators with firsthand knowledge about the topics.
