Member of  the Labor, Industrial, and Rehabilitative Committee.

Jack Flanagan is currently serving in his second term as State Representative for Hillsborough District 45 (elected 2024). He previously served eight years in the New Hampshire House (2010–2016 and 2018–2020), where he was House Majority Leader and a member of the Labor Committee.

Legislative Achievements while serving in Concord include:

- Maximized school funding in District 45

- Worked to defeat the Kinder Morgan Pipeline

- Obtained local sidewalk grants
 
- Increased internet speed in District 45 through state funding

Jack Flanagan is a proven leader who has served the citizens of his community for over 30 years. He will bring years of experience and sound decision-making to Concord.

Professional and Community Service

Jack is a 35-year community member with a distinguished history of public service. He graduated from Boston University and earned a master’s in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.

 

Jack has served the community as:

• Chairman of SAU 41 School District Board

• Vice Chairman of the Hollis-Brookline Cooperative School District Board

• Chairman of the Brookline School Board

• Chairman of the Brookline Finance Committee

• Brookline Selectman.
